Impossible amount of food; insane value for money. Tons of interesting options and flavor combos. Really personable folks in the truck that you just want to have a beer with right off the bat. The burger was good, as-advertised, met expectations. The loaded fries were absolutely amazing and enough for 2-3 people on their own. The jalapeno poppers were very basic, just cream cheese filling, but again great quantity and overall quality. Can't wait to find them again and continue to eat my way through the expansive menu.
Wow! I think this is my new favorite food truck!!! First of all, the menu is incredible. I want to try everything on it. It was really hard to decide what to order and I will need to eat here multiple times to work my way through the menu. They have a lot of burger options, including the Impossible burger for vegetarians. They have a lot of choices for fries too, with some elaborate and major toppings to choose from, such as pastrami, brisket, Mac n cheese, chicken wings and more. Today I ordered the Wicked Shrimp, which is the best quesadilla I have ever eaten. The wicked sauce is delicious, and the chili lime crema slaw had great texture. The shrimp is seasoned wonderfully and there are huge, whole shrimp inside. I also loved that there were dried cranberries inside. The service was wonderful. There was a gentleman outside of the truck to take your order and chat with you and make suggestions, if you need it. Very friendly service. Everything is cooked to order and there is a sign that lets you know it takes approximately 15 minutes for your order to be made. That is a really reasonable amount of time in my opinion, especially when everything is made fresh and there is care and attention to detail. Beautiful presentation. There is hand sanitizer available. I can't wait to eat here again!
